Need:
A centralized CRM for customer service and retention staff containing detailed preferences for every company client
Challenge:
System required to be used in multiple offices domestically and internationally. Data needed to be shared throughout the company. System needed the ability to prevent clients known to disagree with each other from being placed in close proximity during events. The profile of every client needed to tap into existing sales data for revenue information.
Our Solution:
Built a web based CRM hosted at the home office in New York. All offices accessed the application via web browsers. We employed high level encryption and authentication in order to protect vital company client information. The CRM tapped into an existing SQL Server sales database using stored procedures to obtain revenue stats. Extensive client to client relationship and compatibility data structure were considered in the database design.
